Premature Babies Ward

The Premature Babies Ward at Mayanei Hayeshua is known for its ability to maintain a status of zero percent infections, and in addition, the survival rates of the premature babies treated there, are extremely high. Recently, the Ministry of Health recommended that the professional treatment model developed by Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center be replicated for all premature babies wards in the country. The Premature Babies Ward is managed by Dr. Bernard Barzilai and is currently operating from its temporary location until the completion of the construction of the new and magnificent ward, which will include 28 incubators and baby cribs.
